Payment is in U. S. dollars, payable to AURP. Payment must follow all faxed registrations. No one will be admitted to the conference without payment. Fill out a registration form for each attendee.

Registration & Cancellation Policy:
- Registrations may not be shared by two or more individuals and are not transferable.
- Space is limited and onsite registration cannot be guaranteed.
- Cancellation scheduled:
Cancellations received from November 7th through November 14th - $150 cancellation fee.
Cancellations received from November 15th through November 24th - $300 cancellation fee.
No refunds will be issued after November 24th.
- All requests for cancellation must be received in writing.
